Just to confirm my own suspicions, I gave Outlaw one more shot and watched last night’s episode. On the positive side, they took on a hot-button issue head-on … immigration and controversial laws related to enforcement. This episode was remarkably better than the first.
But still just not as compelling as I would hope. I blame the supporting cast, really. Not much to work with there, outside of the radical female private investigator.
If a show can’t hook me after two episodes, it just isn’t going to happen.
